Higher cover for low beam, espacially for LED / HID replacements
Note: Our higher covers are required for the new, street legal OSRAM H11 ECE LED replacements for the low beam, as otherwise the LED fan will touch the OEM cover and will not be able to blow in air.
The tabs of the OEM cover for the low beam break quite easily, especially when installing HID / Xenon / LED bulbs "with gentle force". As a replacement for damaged covers for the low beam, we offer a 3D printed replacement cover, made of ASA.
The new covers build about 12.5 mm higher, like the OEM covers, so they are also ideal for LED or xenon conversions, which build significantly higher, as the standard halogen. Superior 3D print qualtity, the covers in real life much better, than the on the studio pictures. Best available suface quality for filament printed 3D parts.
