4 colder Original NGK spark plugs NGK ILTR6A-8G (3787) for tuned engines
We recommend these "colder" Original NGK Iridium spark plugs for all performance-enhanced engines for high ignition reliability and temperature reserves. Like the standard spark plug, the NGK ILTR6A-8G (3787) is also an iridium spark plug.
The standard AC Delco 41-102 spark plugs fitted in 2007 had a heat value of 6, while the standard AC Delco 41-108 spark plug fitted from 2008 has a heat value of only 5. Both spark plugs and all GM/Opel spark plugs for the GT come from the manufacturer NGK. Our "colder" spark plug with a heat value of 8 is ideal for tuned Opel GT Roadster engines (classic EDS software tuning 300-335 PS).
Note:
For performance-enhanced vehicles, the electrode gap can also be reduced from approx. 0.8 mm to 0.7 to 0.6 mm. The regular replacement interval for Iridium spark plugs is 60,000 km / 4 years.
