Repair kit for engine ventilation nippel on intake hose
We offer a repair nipple for the most common problem with the Opel GT Roadster: the broken plastic nipple on the intake hose, to which the metal flexible pipe for the engine ventilation is connected with a quick release coupling.
The new aluminum nipple is screwed into the intake hose in place of the broken plastic nipple. To do this, the hole in the intake hose is drilled out to 12.5 mm. The new nipple can then either be screwed in directly or you can cut a fine thread of M14 x 1.5 mm. Alternatively, you can drill a hole of 13 to 14 mm and then glue the aluminum nipple in place.
