Spacer set for OSRAM H11 ECELED replacement for low beam (set of 2)
Note: Our spacers are required for the new, street legal OSRAM H11 ECE LED replacements for the low beam, as otherwise the LED fan will touch the OEM cover and will not be able to blow in air.
When installing the ECE-approved OSRAM H1 ECE replacements in the low beam, there is no longer any space between the cooling fan and the cover of the low beam. This is due to the longer design caused by the heat sink/fan attached to the rear end of the LED bulb.
With our 3d printed spacer set, made of ASA, for OSRAM H11 LED, the original cover of the low beam can be reinstalled and the LED can be ventilated. The additional TPU seal included also ensures that the low beam is sealed again as originally intended.
This spacer set can only be used if the low beam covers are still in good condition. Often, individual tabs on the cover are already bent or broken off. If the original covers are damaged, please also see the alternative product to solve the problem: Higher cover for low beam
