Inner fender, mudguard, left hand side, drivers side aftermarket
The original front plastic inner fenders tend to tear in various places, for example at the top front where the bumper is screwed on, but also at the screw and plug holes. GM / Opel new parts have not been available for a long time and have often been delivered completely scratched and already cracked, as the plasticizers in the material have apparently evaporated.
Our aftermarket replicas from Taiwan do not look quite as good as the original fender liners. The surface has a rougher structure and the inner fenders can also be slightly wavy. On the other hand, the thinner replicas are significantly more stable and do not tear as easily as the OEM wheel arches. Due to the lack of availability of the original parts and the fact that the original material cannot be glued, the limitations of the replacement line must be accepted.
Note:
As the inner liners are manufactured for all versions of the American Sky versions, the hole for the brake ventilation of the turbo versions / Opel GT Roadtser and the cut-out for the German indicators in the inner fender must be made by yourself using a cutter. This is very easy if the old fender liner is placed over the replacement as a template.
